Bonten Media Group, LLC Investment in a new company that was formed in partnership with management to acquire and operate television stations across the United States. Bonten's first acquisition, BlueStone TV Holdings, was a $230 million leveraged buyout of a leading group of stations in eight markets nationwide. Bonten subsequently completed an add-on acquisition in one of its existing markets.
