FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: June 28, 2010 Diamond Castle Holdings is pleased to announce the addition of Simon T. Roberts to its management team effective July 1st. Mr. Roberts will be a Senior Managing Director and will focus on operations at the firm’s portfolio companies. Mr. Roberts has over 20 years of experience in driving growth and improving profitability at companies in a wide variety of industries. He joins Diamond Castle from Bain & Company, where he spent the last 15 years working with many of the world’s leading private equity firms on due diligence and portfolio value enhancement. He most recently led Bain’s private equity practice in New York. “I am extremely excited about joining Diamond Castle,” said Mr. Roberts. “Like other leading private equity firms, Diamond Castle is continually introducing measures to improve operating performance and increase strategic value in its portfolio companies.
