The sale transaction closed today. In June of this year, Diamond Castle, in partnership with YORK Label's Senior Management Team, signed a definitive purchase agreement with Wind Point Partners of Chicago, Illinois. YORK Label's Senior Management Team will remain in place and maintain a significant ownership stake in the Company.
